What’s the best way to get in touch?
We would highly recommend reaching out to us via email, where our friendly customer service team will be on hand to assist you with anything you may need. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 4 business hours. This can be done by completing the form above or emailing directly to [email protected]. This allows us to provide the most detailed information to you in a quick and timely manner. Alternatively, you can contact us on 01827 714255 during our business hours.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing all of the necessary tracking information. If this has been dispatched with a courier company, you will receive a link to the couriers website along with your unique tracking number. If this has been dispatched via our own delivery vehicle, you will have already received an email confirming the delivery date and then on the morning of delivery, you will receive another email where you can live track our delivery vehicle.
Do you offer a collection service?
We do offer a collection service on all of our products and they can be collected from our store in Tamworth. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email from our customer service team confirming your collection. Collection can take place any time within our business hours but please do wait until you have received your collection email prior to arriving.
Do you offer free samples?
We have free samples available on the majority of our products to provide you with peace of mind before your purchase. You can select up to three samples and we send these out via Royal Mail 2nd Class completely free of charge. Please visit our free samples page for more information.
What to do if there is an issue with my order?
Upon receiving your order, please do check this as soon as possible. If for any reason you find an issue with this, please reach out to our customer service team straight away and they will be on hand to resolve the issue. When contacting us, please have your order number ready alongside some photographs of the issue. This will speed up the process of being able to resolve the issue quickly.
